Client Testimonials

This was a transformational experience.

My partner really stepped into his own as a leader and I found my voice. Perhaps most important for me personally–I am now confident about my value as a professional and as an equal partner. We learned how to productively communicate and walked away with deep understanding and clarity regarding our partner relationship.

Suzanne P.

Partner

I am now more adept at navigating through the personalities and politics…and know how to succeed in times of turmoil.

I would recommend Rachel’s coaching without hesitation. Rachel quickly earned my trust and demonstrated her tremendous value. She is remarkably insightful, particularly regarding executive leadership challenges, and her expertise and intelligence presents very useful perspectives for seasoned professionals who may have thought they have seen it all.

Helen R.

Executive Director

At the time I hired Rachel, I was struggling to move from Founder and friend…I wanted to become a real CEO and start acting like one. I wanted to become a leader.

We have now gone from a $1M company to a $10M company in just under five years and expanded our staff from 11-50! We have clear lines of responsibility between me and the staff and communication at all levels of the organization. Through working with Rachel, I began to recognize my true strengths as a leader and I have been able to leverage those strengths in many ways. For example, I recently completed an acquisition of another company, something I would not have dreamed of five years ago! I was able to leverage my strengths to make that happen, but without my work with Rachel it would have been difficult to feel confident enough to complete the entire acquisition process. Rachel delivers results.

Katie B.

Founder and CEO

I gained confidence and clarity and experienced tremendous development as an executive.

The process was exciting and inspiring. Through our work together, I became more aware of my strengths as well as my untapped potential. Rachel is an exceptional executive coach and has had a substantial, transformational effect on my professional life above and beyond what I could have imagined entering into the work together. I cannot say enough good things about her work. She’s amazingly effective. She is compassionate, gentle yet directive, and she gets results.

Eve C.

Founder

Rachel was the great sherpa in my leadership adventure.

She provided me with a very real (metaphorical!) bulletproof vest throughout an onboarding process into a COO role…My significant “early wins” are a testament to her abilities as an executive coach…Rachel served as an invaluable guide and thought-partner in my personal onboarding journey, helping my early navigation of the organization, culture as well as my personal evolution as a leader. Rachel helped identify potential derailers, mitigating the risks in forming my early relationships throughout the organization. Her guidance and professionalism kept me focused on key priorities, preventing the tendency to accelerate too quickly…I am grateful for the opportunity to work with her and would highly recommend her as an exceptional partner for high-level leadership journeys.

Michael C.

Vice President and COO

Rachel demonstrated her great value from the very first session and has been indispensable to me this past year.

She helped me successfully deal with several professionally critical, tough, situations that in the past I would have handled differently and less effectively. Due to my work with Rachel, my ability to handle such situations going forward – appropriately and deftly – has significantly improved. To top it all off, all of this work was done with such a supportive and motivating manner. Having someone ready and willing to help in one’s development, who can serve as a sounding board and “guide” is so vital to an executive’s success, and Rachel has been that person to me. Grateful and thankful are two words that don’t come close to fully describing my feelings and the results from my work with her.

James G.

President

Rachel’s talent at dissecting what the true issue is and getting to the bottom of things is a huge differentiator.

Rachel’s contribution, to help us grow over the past four years from a $200 million company to a billion dollar company, was significant. The company grew almost explosively. The staff tripled and the scope and size of our projects quintupled.
Everything Rachel does is customized; it is not by rote or out of a book. The best way to describe the experience is that she personalizes it. She brings herself to the table and is very present, which makes the experience real. I am very impressed by how much of herself she puts into it–the effort and the follow-up is incredible. She clearly cared deeply about our success and was ‘all-in’ with us.
